Now, Mr. Yosia Harsa has established Optima Mitra Konstruksi business in management profession and commited to accomplish projects in a timely manner accordance with the agreed quality and cost without significantly problem occurred during the construction implementation

METHODOLOGY & STRATEGY

Untuk tercapainya fungsi Manajemen Konstruksi (MK) seperti dijelaskan di atas, metode dan strategi yang dipakai adalah penerapan program sistem pengelolaan dokumen secara digital yang memudahkan / mempercepat dalam penyampaian informasi dan/atau koordinasi antar Tim Proyek.

Optima MK akan menempatkan seorang 'Project Leader' dibantu beberapa 'supervisor' yang memiiki latar belakang pendidikan dan pengalaman yang mumpuni untuk menjalankan fungsi MK melalui program ini.

Dengan penerapan program ini, Direksi Optima MK akan dengan mudah mengikuti berlangsungnya pembangunan dan segera mengambil tindakan yang diperlukan bila ada hal-hal yang berpotensi mengganggu kelancara dan kualitas pekerjaan.

Semuanya dapat dilakukan sesegera mungkin karena sudah terdistribusikannya informasi permasalahan dan penyimpangan yang terjadi melalui program ini, di antaranya :

  1. Memberi arahan pelaksanaan bila ada yang berjalan menyimpang

  2. Menerbitkan surat peringatan / teguran

  3. Mengkoordinasikan solusi permasalahan yang timbul

  4. Tim Proyek dapat memberikan respon / komentar / verifikasi atas dokumen-dokumen pelaksanaan, diantaranya :

  7. Shop Drawing

  8. Proses pengelolaan dokumen pelaksanaan, berkas-berkas dan foto-foto kegiatan proyek akan tersimpan rapi dan mudah ditemukan bila diperlukan.
